Interment will follow in Pierce Cemetery in Carthage, Texas. Doug passed away peacefully on February 2, 2018 with his family by his side after a long struggle with heart and lung disease.
The viewing will be held on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 from P. Doug graduated from Reagan High School in Houston and attended college in Kilgore and North Harris County.
Wayne is survived by his loving family: mother, Mona Lockey; daughter, Megan Lockey; son, Dorman “Trey” Wayne Lockey, III; sisters, Charlotte Naquin and husband, A. Doug will receive full military honors from the Conroe 4709 VFW for his dutiful service in the Army during the Vietnam era.
